You may be wondering if counselling can help you with a difficulty you’re facing right now. You might find yourself repeating unhelpful patterns of behaviour, or perhaps past experiences have impacted on your life and the time has come to make sense of them before moving on. Or maybe you simply want to take some time to learn more about yourself. There are many different reasons which bring us to counselling and sometimes we aren’t even sure what they are.
Whatever the reason, I am happy to work to your needs – whether you want to focus on specific issues or concerns over a few sessions, or would like to have some longer term therapy with an open ended approach. What I provide is a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment. Within this setting I aim to encourage, help and support you to learn about yourself and to explore any problems you are facing.
Maybe you’re feeling as though you’d like to change, but don’t feel as though counselling is quite right for you. If you’re feeling as though you’re not reaching your full potential, you’re stuck, or that you’re not living your life to the full, you may benefit from coaching.
